Encounter overview
Warden-9 is an optional high-value target that appears once Heat crosses a high threshold on Blackwell Docks. It hits hard but has a slow turn radius that is the core of every viable strategy against it.
Disabling it safely
Warden-9's rear power core is the only vulnerable point; frontal shots do heavily reduced damage.
Use the shipping containers on the docks as rotating cover — its turn radius means you can usually stay behind it if you keep moving in the same direction it's turning.
- Three solid core hits disable its shield, exposing the core itself for direct damage for a short window.
- Do not engage Warden-9 with less than half your extraction timer remaining — the fight is long enough to eat into your window.
